Shipping Info: Pre-ordered items ship slightly before or on their release dates. If you are ordering other items along with a pre-order, all items will ship together. If you want to buy in-stock items at the same time as a pre-order, the in-stock items will only ship immediately if placed as a separate order.

Return Policy: Ally cannot accept returns on any mail order products, and we cannot offer refunds -- except in the case of defective or damaged merchandise. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept any cancellations. If you notice any problems with your order in your confirmation email, please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to correct it.
